Novel Energy-saving Generation Dispatching System Based On The Coordination Of Centralized Dispatching And Autonomy-dispatching Of Generation Companies

It plays an important role in safe operation of power system. However, because of the lack of flexibility, centralized dispatching exerts a negative influence on energy-saving generation dispatching.This paper proposes the novel energy-saving generation dispatching system based on the coordination of centralized dispatching and autonomy-dispatching of generation companies.Dispatching center available power distribution difference model of generating capacity, the units which energy consumption is lower and capacity is bigger generate more power. During the formation of the initial plan, power generation enterprise has the certain independence, if the system security has been meet. The control center joint the power generation enterprise to check to reduce energy consumption; After power generation plan is formed, according to actual condition, power generation enterprise is allowed to adjustment. Afer the dispatching center check security and energy consumption, the adjustment is finished, so as to realize the energy saving and emission reduction goals.During the process of making the initial plan, the dispatching center distribute electricity to low energy consumption, high capacity units to save the energy and reduce emission; Dispatching center and power generation enterprise have interaction, the dispatching center work out the related principle, allow power generation enterprise since intends to power and report to plan, the control center summary and check safe and energy consumption to improve power generation enterprises to participate in energy conservation and emission reduction enthusiasm; Energy saving power generation scheduling is a multiple targets, constraint characteristics of the complex optimization problem, there are solving convergence and real-time problems. If the control center don’t have the real technical parameters of the power plant, to ensure the optimization depth, it also can guarantee the joint checking model further optimization of energy consumption and ensure that optimization depth; After the initial power generation plan is formed, power generation enterprise is allowed to adjust through the coordination platform in case of decreasing the loss of the power grid, so the actual conditions are full considerated, the scheduling flexibility is increased,and the energy and emission reduction goals is better achieved.The novel energy-saving generation dispatching system can improve power plan optimization depth, and realize the goals of energy saving and emission reduction.
