This dissertation aims at the project of "Construction of Electric Buses Charge Station for Expo" and studies the operating plan to provide supports for charge station's construction theoretically and practically.A method and a simulation software for the operating plan of electric buses charge station is proposed, which is based on the electric buses parameters and the fast exchanging mode. By using this method and the simulation software to make the design optimized, in order to reduce consumption of resources.Electric buses charging system is different from the general public transport system, because they have different energy sources. So there should be the very mode which is fit for electric buses charging system. The elements which influence the operating plan and the restrictive conditions between the elements are proposed including the relevant design method.It is very important to abide by the departure interval strictly in transit operating system. And the departure interval is the basic element which influents the hole operating process. A regulation of departure based on the features of battery exchange and charging, abiding by the departure interval strictly in transit operating system, is proposed, in order to fit for the operating mode of electric buses charging system.An operating plan is designed for Expo by the method proposed above, which is proved in test running stage and formal running stage.
