With the increase of car quantities, oil resources consumption is more and more bigger, looking for alternative fuel gas has become the development trend of modern engine. Because of making simply and source extensively of the gas fuel, power generation using gas engine has good application prospect. Power generation using gas engine control system development can improve engine power, economy and emissions, in which ignition system and control system are generating gas engine control system of main component, due to the particularity of fuel gas, the ignition system and control system have special requirements comparing to the common engine, therefore the development research has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on WD615CNG produced by Weichai company, this paper develops capacitance discharge ignition system and electronic throttle speed-control system, and then researches them.Capacitance discharge ignition system has better ignition performance, this paper establishes the simulation model of capacitance discharge ignition system, and analysis the influence structural parameters and control parameters of ignition system on the ignition properties (ignition voltage, ignition current, ignition times). On this basis, this paper designs the hardware circuit and adopts the push-pull boost the program, use combine with simulation and calculation method to study the step-up circuit and the drive of the main parameters of the circuit and complete the control chip, power modules and ignition drive design according to character of the control object, then select the push-pull boost power as of this article by comparing and researching the two programs in the simulation of high-voltage source boost circuit.On the software of electronic speed control, this paper studies the various speed control strategy deeply and select the adaptive PID control strategy as speed control strategy by analysis and comparison and designs the control program and realizes the speed-control under variable speed and torque.Finally, this paper test the hardware of capacitor discharge for ignition system and the software of electronic speed control system, the results show that hardware and software involved in this paper can meet the control requirements and significantly improve performance of power generation using gas engine.
