Waterscape is not only an important part of the environment, but it is an important means to improve the microclimate under the urban increasing heat island effect. With more concern about the quality of urban built environment, waterscape often appear in the construction of indoor and outdoor, especially public buildings. However, many buildings and waterscape are separated. Landscape water shortages and inefficient, also lack of sustainability and so on.This thesis which based on the research and analysis of current indoor and outdoor waterscape in Beijing urban, is take in indoor and outdoor water features as the research object, aim at Beijing Urban Construction and waterscape for the separation and low efficiency of water use, water features visual effects features of winter, etc., to improve the micro-climate for the study objectives, relevant design strategies. Conclusion of the thesis put forward for the Beijing urban indoor and outdoor waterscape form, and the relative position of the building, further build the concept of local rain garden design. Conclusions of the study will provide useful Reference for the Beijing urban waterscape.
