With the increase of traffic volume at night, people glare of security technologies have become increasingly demanding. This paper analysis that the pavement at night driving the ambient light intensity and the then enable the driver against of dazzling light intensity threshold, based on the principles of the human eye anti-glare. Study a dazzling glare on the driver caused the length of time when different traffic flow and different speed limit. The dazzling against the headlight problem, deviate from the ray tracing principle focus of theoretical analysis to explore the headlight equipped with optical computing and optical design of the basic method.This paper calculate glare recovery time of the low-Strength in case of the human eye according to Krebs proposed glare recovery time calculation formula.
