The drainage corridor of ship lock usually suffers seriously scour and abrading because of the high speed flow, turbulence and especially sandy water. In some local region cavitation damage would even occur. The unsteady regime in the culvert would aggravate after the culvert came out of this damage, thus the flow regime and the mooring conditions in lock chamber would take worse and influences the safety of passing lock ships. Meanwhile, due to the culvert's cross-section is relatively small, overhaul the culvert is inconvenient. The navigation must be stopped when during overhaul. So the main component concrete of the ship lock should have relatively high scour resistance and cracking resistance to improve the ship lock's safety and durability.Field investigations of the destruction of hydraulic structures show that in the established large and medium hydropower projects, nearly 70% have erosion and cavitation damages. Moreover these problems have been badly affected the structure's safe operation and the benefits carried out. Therefore based on researching to improve the concrete's anti-erosion wear resistance, crack resistance, impermeability and so on, researching the concrete's durability towards to guaranteeing the use of hydraulic structures function and reducing the concrete repairs and extending the using life of the building have great significance. In this thesis the high-speed sediment flow abrasive damage mechanism and influencing factors research have been conducted. Research results indicate that the abrasion of suspended sediment and bed-load can be summed up as a different angle acting on the surface of the fluid abrasive wear, the magnitude of the incidence angle decide the property of abrasive damage, so we need to analyze the wear environment, and take different wear-resisting response. For example, high speed sediment-laden flow is based on the principle of suspended sediment washed mill environment, then the incidence angle is small, the mainly destroy is micro-cutting, we should use a larger hardness of materials such as silica fume concrete, which can improve the wear and tear degree. High speed sediment-laden flow is mainly on the bed-load abrasive environment, therefore the incidence angle is big and the wear and tear is the main assault deformation, in this case it should be choose well integrity and good flexible materials, such as steel liner, polypropylene fiber concrete, steel fiber concrete etc. By means of mill grain abrasion energy theory, researchers get the estimate equation of the amount of wear and wear depth about high-speed sediment-laden flow on the surface of materials at the micro-cutting and impact deformation wear, and provide the basis to select anti-wear materials. Research on mechanism analysis of hydraulic concrete generate cracks was conducted. Hydraulic concrete cracks can be divided into plastic shrinkage cracks, temperature and shrinkage cracks, self-shrinkage cracks, dry shrinkage cracks. Then each of four different types of shrinkage cracks'characteristics has been analyzed, as to different characteristics of shrinkage cracks, the author proposed corresponding control measures. In the specific applied research of impact abrasion-resistant concrete, through experiment on silica fume concrete, HF concrete, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and some typical impact abrasion-resistant concrete, then have research analysis and evaluation, we can concluded that silica fume, HF concrete and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete can improve the property of impact abrasion-resistant. Different abrasion-resistant concrete has its own characteristics and adapting to different abrasion environments.Through experimental analysis we have obtained a new way to improve the resistance to abrasion concrete. That is so called high-strength cement, high-quality aggregate, high performance admixture, rational assort ratio and well construction technology.
