The difficulty to enhance the speed of Mountain Railway is enhancing the allowed speed of the limit speed point at the curve, turnout, and joints, with laying a large number of speed turnout and using the CWR, the limit speed problems at turnout and joints have been a better solution, speeding measure of the railway with small radius curve has become the bottleneck.Ballastless track which is stability, high integrity, and larger horizontal resistance, can be used to relax the standards of comfort, seting larger ultrahigh and less super high.As this a starting point, the paper researched the speeding measure of the existing mountain railway with small radius curve.First, the paper introduces the present commonly used speeding measures of Existing Lines and point out that the present speeding measures can not effectively solve the existing mountain area railway with small radius curves speeding problem, according to the ballastless track with larger vertical and horizontal resistance, high integrity, good stability, can be used larger superelevation and deficient superlevation, proposed that the ballastless track was the possible measure to solve the existing mountain area railway with small radius curves speeding problem.Secondly, non-ballasted track with Track of the vertical and horizontal resistance of a detailed analysis and comparison, at home and abroad Humble and new passenger lines, high-speed railway technology standards, Humble No Actual Elevation Track the maximum allowable value, less the maximum allowable value high, too high to allow the value of the maximum reasonable values of parameters such as high on the mountain a small radius curve Humble Track Speed no effect was calculated results show that non-Track used mountain Humble small radius curve, the curve to allow the speed can increase by 11% to 19%.Again, as the rebuilding of the Dazhou-Wanzhou Railway Line Electrification Project an example, the research on economic rationality of the scheme transformed the railway with small radius curve into ballastless track.Comparison shows that the ballastless track used in speeding measure of the existing mountain railway with small radius curve is economy.Finally, the paper's findings are summarized, and put forward a number of shortcomings and problems needing to be further improved.
