With the development of bridge engineering construction and improvement of prestressed technology, more and more prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges are built and grow towards long span and more flexibility. To keep the accordance of alignment of built bridges with the expectation and to insure the security and stability of bridges in the construction process, the construction control is paid more and more attention. In addition, the temperature stress generated by the temperature loads in long span prestressed concrete continuous bridges is a great potential threat to structural safety and durability. The temperature problems have attracted attention of bridge experts and researchers both at home and abroad. In the thesis, by combining theory with engineering practice, Shalang bridge of intercity orbit traffic from Guangzhou to Zhuhai as an engineering background, the key parameters of the sensitivity of the construction are analyzed on the basis of the original research. Through the process of analysis, the sensitivity of the parameters to the structure is proved. According to the analysis of parameters, we can find the basis for adjusting the parameters of the construction process. At the same time, the structural alignment and stress in the bridge closure period and related conditions are monitored, and further verified the feasibility of construction control system. Finally, temperature effect under different temperature loads in the prestressed concrete box girder bridge was calculated and analyzed, and the analysis showed the feature of temperature effect generated by the local temperature and the annual range of temperature.
