Low-power hydrostatic bulldozer (110HP and below) is mainly used for the occasion of earthworks and accessorial municipal works. It is almost a blank in low-power hydrostatic bulldozer's manufacture and its theoretical research in home.The proportion of low-power products is small and the low-power hydrostatic bulldozer's technology is in the state of secret abroad. The main characteristics of low-power hydrostatic bulldozer are mobile and vivid, operation convenient, steady moving, convenient stepless speed regulating and autocontrol etc. For hydrostatic bulldozer, the performance of its driven system is the important factor that influences its working performance to develop. From above, the study on the driving system of low-power hydrostatic bulldozer will be technical storage for this area of theoretical research in home.The author studied driving system of low-power hydrostatic bulldozer, putting forward a new scheme of single pump and double moters series-parallel connection oil-way driven system, analyzed and chose its control measures. The engine was selected according to the evaluation criterion (power reserve factor K ) of engine's power reserve property and general consideration problem of engine's lectotype, parameters'matching calculation was done, pump and motors were all chose for driving system, and the control-parameters'calculation also was done according to the result of parameters'matching calculation. The author analyzed series-parallel connection oil-way driven system's work principle, characteristic and performance of driving and turning etc, and also analyzed the efficiency of series-parallel connection oil-way driven system. Based on the software AMESim, the author made model and simulated for the driving system of low-power hydrostatic bulldozer, and carried on simulating and comparing for single pump and double moters series-parallel connection oil-way system, single pump and double two-speed moters series-parallel connection oil-way system and double pump double two-speed motors system at the same time. The study also will be a good guidance for researching and developing the same kind of hydrostatic bulldozer.
