With the development of space technology, spacecraft payload caused by the adverse effects of the inevitable vibration phenomenon in the electrical and mechanical systems becomes increasingly prominent. For example, satellite photographs of ground objects for the camera, a tiny spacecraft jitter will cause the captured images are severely deformed. Therefore, in order to meet the stringent requirements of spacecraft precision instruments made by the environmental vibration, in particular, the requirements of inhibiting the low-frequency vibration, the study of high precision control vibration isolation platform is very important.In this dissertation, the application of voice coil linear motor (VCM) in the active vibration isolation system is studied in a systematic theoretical analysis and experimental research aimed at using voice coil linear motor as the actuator of active vibration isolation system to suppress vibration isolation platform vibration, to improve the precision of the vibration isolation platform.Firstly, aimed at the definite requirements of active vibration control program in the spacecraft, the design scheme of active vibration isolation system is presented, according to the definite requirements of actuator and controller in the program, the actuator and controller of the active vibration isolation system is designed stressly, the VCM is chosed as actuator, and the controller adopt the structure of up and down controller, and the realization of software and some important technologe are introduced stressly.In the study of control theory of active vibration isolation system, firstly, the dynamic model of two layers vibration isolation system is derived, and then the application of PID control, Fuzzy-PID control, Fuzzy feedforward-feedback control in the two layers vibration isolation system is introduced, finally, three methods in active vibration isolation system was studied by using Matlab/Simulink platform.Finally, the active vibration isolation system based on VCM was studied by experiment; the controller of the active vibration isolation system was achieved by PID control and Fuzzy-PID control. The experimental results show that in the low-frequency range, the two kinds of controllers can both effectively attenuate the vibration of the platform, and the vibration isolation result of Fuzzy-PID controller is better.
