The environment of coal underground mining is very complex. Monitoringunderground work environment through three-dimensional visualization technologyprovides detailed data of roadway structure and environment and then offers advices forfurther mining and construction. In order to monitor the underground three-dimensionalscene, we need to install a three-dimensional laser radar on the development machine tocollect data. But there are lots of equipments on the coal face and drivage face, theenvironment of witch is very harsh, dusty. What’s more, the intense vibration ofdevelopment machine will result in the three-dimensional laser radar’s severe jitter,causing serious impact on its work. To weaken or isolate the effect, we can add a vibrationisolation system between the development machine and the radar, thus making thethree-dimensional laser radar to work properly.Passive vibration isolation system has a simple structure, which is easy to bedesigned and can effectively isolate the majority of high-frequency vibrations. It has beenwidely used in industrial production. But it has no isolation for the low-frequencyvibration, and its parameters are fixed, which need to be re-designed when the isolationenvironment changes and thus brings us inconvenience. In this paper, we design a passivevibration isolation protocol and collect data on the vibrating platform, the analyzed resultsshow that the isolation scheme has a good isolation effect.Active vibration isolation technology can compensate for the drawback of thepassive vibration isolation technology, and active vibration isolation technology has goodisolation effects for low frequency vibration. According to the basic principles of fuzzycontrol, this paper presents a fuzzy control rule for the application of active vibrationcontrol and designs a vibration isolation platform. The simulation results show that thedesigned vibration isolation system has a better control effect for the periodic signals.
