Study On The Ditch-valley Type Architecture Design Of Resorts In The North Of Tsinling Mountains

This research project originated from the author to participate in the Shaohua Villa design projects. The object of study has following three categories:â‘ The territorial scope of study is the northern foot of Tsinling Mountains.â‘¡The landform characteristic of the land for the object that we studied is ditch-valley.â‘¢The function type of the object that we studied is the holiday hotel and the holiday villa.The author had discovered some model's question in the design process, proposed the corresponding solution. This article take the question which discovered as the research key, from the market and location present situation's angle embarking, proved the northern foot of Tsinling Mountains to carry on the traveling to take vacation the development superiority, discussed in the ditch valley to carry on the traveling to take vacation the construction development suitability. Based on this, summarizes the related question which and the design difficulty in the Shaohua villa design meets, proposed the corresponding feasible design method.Finally, carries on the comparison with the investigation and study case to the related question and the design method, regarding the solution which proposed gives the evidence and the consummation. Here is as follows the main conclusion summary:1) The changeable terrain has caused three aspect difficulties:The construction function layout, the car dealership transportation organization and the parking lot arrangement, may use the following means:â‘ The construction function layout and the transportation system's organization must also carry on, mutual adjustment adaptation.â‘¡At first, must complete the following three points:from macroscopic angle understanding on the spot terrain; understanding the terrain with the contour lines; analyzing the land parcel has different shapes. Finally, according to each land parcel slope, area, position, traffic condition arrangement appropriate construction function.â‘¢The car dealership transportation's of organization, must first choose the appropriate export and the entrance, guaranteed that slope between the export and the entrance can satisfy the standard the request. If the land is very intense, in the location may not need to establish the car dealership path.â‘£As a result of the complex slope, we are unable to arrange the centralized parking lot. In order to meet the need, the parking lot may disperse the arrangement on each terrace. If the land is very intense, the parking lot may arrange outside the land.2) Because the space in the ditch valley is long and narrow, the building brings the disadvantageous visual feeling easily to the human. The author embarked from the different angle of view proposed the following solution:â‘ Discussed looked up and overlooks under the angle of view the architectural design rules. Accorded the rules had summarized by seniors, the author summarized principles of the architectural design under two kind of angles of view.â‘¡Using the principles of design which summarizes may control the construction's concrete position and height.â‘¢Architectural designing under the typical angle of view in the ditch-valley may use the summary separately the principle of design and the vision needs to propose the concrete design technique.
