| Urban industrialization has brought high-tech industrial park production, in the Chinese province, district there is the phenomenon of high-tech industrial park with its powerful economic driving force and the rapid ability to spread in all regions derived. The emergence of high-tech industrial park, not only to speed up scientific and technological achievements into productive forces, the rapid transformation, but also enhanced the economic strength of high-tech zones, and changed the idea of coexist of work and I living. Further more it explores the survival of mankind in the future conditions and development models. Therefore, the construction of high-tech area of public green space important part of the landscape environment is to improve the high-tech zones who do important means of solid-state environmentHigh-tech Zone, as an important part of public green space which both ecological and landscape features, high-tech zones will not only beautify the environment, create the image of high-tech zones, but also improve the ecological environment of high-tech zones, security staff have a healthy working environment。This paper is the combination of many references at home and abroad, and public green land development and public green areas on the landscape in which it has been doing some researches about the High-tech Zone of the public green landscape design and planning theory and principles.
