Study On The Design Of High-tech Park Outer Space

This study targeted high-tech park outer space, combined with personal experience and the retrieval of literature information on the ways and means of high-tech park outer space design to carry out an in-depth exploration and research.As the carrier of the High-tech Industry,the high-tech park development rapidly. Due to the high-tech park development only a few decades, the results were outstanding, but exposed a number of issues at the same time, such as high-tech park set out of line with the city, facilities are not in place,etc. These require high-tech park planners, designers to be addressed from the design stage. With the deepening of reform and opening-up policy, high-tech industry in China has been development rapidly, but the outer space of high-tech park planning and design-related basic theory and design methods is still relatively lacking, which is high-tech Park, the objective needs of the construction process, but also the focus of this study.Full-text is divided into6chapters, which focus on Chapter5and6. Conclusion part makes a general summary to the study.Chapter1. This chapter describes the research background and significance of thesis, determines the research objectives and methodology, and constructs the logical framework of study.Chapter2. The author generalize the concept, classification and general characteristics, to further define the scope of the study, followed by a brief introduction to the high-tech park development in the history and development of domestic and international status. Finally, the analysis summarized the high-tech park in China’s construction and development problems.Chapter3. With relevant environmental behavior theory and the corresponding survey results,the author analyze the behavior and psychology of the high-tech park staff, summed up the characteristics of their behavior and psychological characteristics, and thus guide the design of high-tech park outer space the study.Chapter4. The author lists and describes the relevant theories of the outer space design, and then further analyzed the type of high-tech park and outer space level.Chapter5. Firstly, sums up the high-tech park of the composition and spatial distribution function of the form, then research deeply on the strategies and methods of road space, plaza space, green space, and the corresponding architectural. Chapter6. Combining the practical stage in the project, the author related the outer space design theory to the introduction of the actual project design,and reveal the external space-related high-tech park design methods and design strategies.
