Research On The Context Of Rapid Urbanization In Rural Planning And Construction Of Hebei Province

In recent years, Hebei Province Spirit of the 17th national congress of the communist party of China, to implement the scientific concept of development, aggressive, down-to promote the new rural construction, greatly promoted the economic development in rural areas of Hebei Province, increased farmer income and rural living environment, ecology improvement of the environment. Overall, however, the development of rural areas in Hebei Province lags behind some developed areas in southern China, the income and living conditions of farmers are still far cry from the urban residents. As urbanization has significantly accelerated in Hebei Province, construction of new countryside is facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper has summarized the domestic and international experience, lessons learned on building new countryside and comprehensive study of the existing theories of rural planning and construction, In combination with the new rural planning and construction practices, high-speed urbanization in the perspective of Hebei Province, the sum of the Hebei Province Construction of new countryside and problems, and proposed some countermeasures. Since then, the new rural construction on the basis of the study, focusing on the establishment of Hebei Province, the new rural planning concepts, principles, elements and points studied, with a view to the adoption of new rural planning and better guidance and promote the new rural development in Hebei Province .Text can be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction (first section).
