| County rural roads are the continuation and supplement of trunk roads and are an important part of the regional road network.They play an extremely important role in promoting the development of county and rural areas.However,with the continuous deepening of the construction of new socialist countryside in our country,the problem of lagging behind in the planning and construction of county and township roads in our country has become increasingly prominent,and it has become one of the important issues that restrict the development of county and rural areas.Therefore,in conjunction with the urban and rural integrated development plan,the county and township road network will be strengthened.The study of planning and construction has very important practical significance.The research work of this paper is based on the planning of rural highway network in Xinzhou District,Wuhan City.The article first elaborated the related concepts of China’s urban-rural integration and county-township road network planning at the present stage,summarized the problems existing in the planning and construction of the county-township road network,and analyzed the necessity of the study of county rural highway network planning.With urgency.Secondly,the accurate grasp of the county’s rural highway network’s traffic characteristics is an important guarantee for guaranteeing the scientificity of the county’s rural road planning and construction.Therefore,the article follows the analysis of the traditional county rural highway network traffic characteristics and in-depth analysis of Xinzhou’s The actual situation summarizes the special traffic characteristics of the county’s rural road network under the background of urban-rural integration,and on this basis,puts forward the objectives and principles of the county’s rural road network planning.Based on the analysis and analysis of the traditional county rural highway network planning methods,this article summarizes its shortcomings in practical use and then carries out new explorations.This paper starts with the traditional node importance model,analyzes its preference for the selection of quantitative factors as parameters,and considers the use of specific quantitative processing of qualitative factors to improve the traditional node importance model and improve its local road junctions for the county.The accuracy of the importance degree is determined,and the improved line importance model is obtained.Then,the county road network planning layout and the level optimization model are established to improve the scientificity of the county rural road network planning,and the road network weighted fuzzy connectivity is introduced.Degree and accessibility assessment methods evaluate county and township road network planning.Finally,an example analysis of the local highway network planning in Wuhan Xinzhou District was conducted.After the evaluation of the planned road network,connectivity and accessibility were improved.The research in this paper is a new attempt on the county rural highway network planning in the construction of socialist urban-rural integration.It hopes to have certain practical significance for the planning and construction of the county rural highway network in the urban-rural integration construction. |
