Energy and environment is the current human survival and development to solve urgent problems. Because the wind is clean, renewable, low cost advantages, it is being attached great importance to all over the world. Reliable and efficient wind power generation systems development has become the new energy technologies. However, because the wind has no-stability, low density and randomness of energy, etc. To wind generators, especially large wind generator control technology research is of vital significance.This design was established for taking three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor servo motor based on Matlab/Simulink servo system simulation model.Simulation test of AC PMSM control system is finished. The electric pitch servo control system is also designed by Texas Instruments dedicated motor control DSP (TMS320F2812) as the core of it in this article. In the system controller, as the core of the system, TMS320F2812 completes the acquisition of the control data and the real-time processing, the high precision operation of the filterin data. The rotor position signal is collected by optical encoder, after the differential receiver, by the optical isolation of the optical code, send into the inverter through the optical isolation and convert into the Alternating Current. The angle and speed of operation is completed in the DSP program. A, B phase current, collected through the current Hall sensors, through the filter, are processed into the DSP's A/D converter pin. The vector modulation control signal, after a coupler, optical isolation into the inverter output to drive circuit drive PMSM. Through running the motor test results, location, speed, torque curve are come. The main modules of control system's hardware is designed and implemented. Main modules include: peripheral interface module, motor drive module, voltage and current sampling and over-voltage over-current protection module, keyboard and display module, power management module. The software is written in the C language, it includes mainly: system frequency setting, configuration part of the chip output, power management, and interrupt management, management component of each module's clock frequency, event manager module, and serial communication. The program is also debugged and improved in CCS2000 integrated development environment in this article, driver as a critical part of the embedded development,The system has good position tracking performance, seen from the location curve, the position response without overshoot. There is a slight speed fluctuation, seen from the speed curve, and the disturbance did not affect the system's static error, which shows the step speed loop has good performance. Electromagnetic torque load has certain fluctuations, but the response was fairly good, with high dynamic performance.
