Motor is important in the electric driver field, is a very important part in the industrial control systems. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) have some advantage characteristics:simple structure, high efficiency, high power density, combined with the advanced control algorithms and processing chip, PMSM servo system applied in many fields.Firstly, the paper analyzes the structure and the features of PMSM, study on the PMSM's magnetic parameters for mathematical model and the further control method. Base on the mathematical model of PMSM combination of vector control, present the implement method of the vector control system, and analysis the other various control method. Experiments show that the control accuracy and velocity has reached the servo control system's requirements.Vector-controlled PMSM system is based on the electromagnetic torque control, and control of electromagnetic torque is based on the current control. This article study on the three basic components of the servo control system, the three basic components are:current loop, velocity loop and position loop. On the current loop use the vector control, with speed proposed hybrid control methods.Then, this paper researched the initial rotor position detect and self-start method. Firstly, introduces several detecting methods of the PMSM's rotor position, present rotating magnetic field and micro-displacement methods. Test results of each method showed that these methods can satisfy the precision of motor starting requirements. Then, introduces the UVW self-start method and rotor position start, experiments showed that the two self-start methods reached the mostly servo control system's requirements.Finally, introduce the Vector-controlled PMSM system's hardware and software design. The system hardware is based on TI's TMS320F2808 microprocessor, include drive module, A/D module, protect module and interface module. Finally, present the circuit of the system, and analysis the component of the circuit, and design of the control algorithm circuit analysis. Given the actual results of current sampling to the MATLAB simulation model, and the control effect has reached the anticipation.
