RCC dam technology has been developed for all most 20 years. Because of its advantages of saving cement, simple construction, short construction period and low cost, RCC dam has been used widely in hydraulic project. However, there is lot difference not only between its placement of thin layer and traditional placement of Columnar but also between its heat hydration, thermal condition, cooling method and conventional dam. Therefore, the subject of analysis for temperature stress and research for temperature control measures of RCC dam is very important for dam design and construction.First of all, in order to privade a basis for a actual construction of a gravity RCC dam, the author has studied the effect of different temperature control measures, and purposed a method of creating model with Ansys, computing with RCTS, posed-processing with Tecplot. The method realizes temperature controlled simulation for any complex structure.Secondly, because of the problem that the RCC dam thermal parameters are inconsistent with the actual and traditional inverse analysis method is inefficient, the author proposed an inverse analysis method based on parallel Particle Swarm Optimization. And it predicts the thermal parameters according to the actual temperature. Finally, the temperature field should be analyzed according to the thermal parameters after inverse analysis, and then comparative analysis of unstable temperature fields analyzed on the base of both forecast parameters and test parameters is carried out. Through engineering example, the results show that the method used to obtain concrete dam thermal parameters is feasible and effective.The purpose of this paper is through study on relevant theories and methods, finding an effective temperature of RCC dam temperature field simulation method and inverse analysis method, which can more accurately simulate the temperature changes in actual construction process. Through feedback from the actual project analysis in a timely manner to improve design, to guide the construction and made more scientific and effective construction measures to promptly correct the actual engineering services.
