| The double action water injection pump is an important oil extraction equipment in Oil Field Equipment, Which can output high-pressure water and low water simultaneously to meet high-pressure injecting wells and low-pressure oil wells. Waterflood system plays a very important role in water injection technique, although domestic and foreign research institutions and oil companies have done research and development and achieved some benefits, so far the supercharging water injection system has not yet formed a systematic design theory, so the research on this subject still is the focus of petroleum machinery.According to the water injection pump's characteristics and tendency nowadays, based on the existing theories of enhance-injection pump, this dissertation will continue the discussion on it. Through the theoretic analysis and design calculation, hydraulic circuit and hydraulic system's main parameters of the double action supercharging water injection system was established, and the type of each hydraulic component is selected. The dynamic characteristic of double action supercharging water injection system is the main part of this work. The effects that structure parameter for each part to dynamic characteristics will be acquired by the simulation study of hydraulic system, Therefore, the optimal parameter mate range will be obtained that can satisfy the hydraulic system need. It has established the data basis for improving the hydraulic system of double action enhance-injection pump. Then, the mathematic model of the double action supercharging water injection system model was founded by using of bond graph. We combine the dynamic equation of hydraulic system with the Simulink toolbox of engineer software MATLAB. The dynamic equations of the hydraulic system are transformed into the simulation program of Simulink. By this way, the computer simulation model is established. The proper simulation result will be obtained by adjusting the part parameter of hydraulic system continuously. Accordingly, it provides the availability reference for the water injection system design and optimization. |
