As machine haulage chassis of agricultural machinery, construction machinery and engineering machinery, the rubber-tracked chassis have a positive significance for the mechanization of municipal infrastructure and the surface softening and transport of farmland, desert, swamp and so on. It has greatly expanded applications of tracked and wheeled walking transport machinery and overcome a variety of mechanical operation constraints of adverse terrain conditions.Based on the analysis of the development of rubber-tracked chassis, the structure of rubber track and the running gear of tracked chassis, this paper elaborates theoretical analysis and experimental research on the establishment of mechanical analysis model of running gear of rubber-tracked chassis, applications of theoretical mechanics, ground-machine system dynamics, driving resistance of running gear of tracked chassis, ground pressure distribution and attachment performance of crawler. To better understand the wear-resisting property and other properties of rubber material, eight kinds of wear-resistant rubber material and eight tested roads of different roughness are used. For the rubbers made of different raw material with the same hardness, physical properties other than hardness of impact on the wear and tear are considered, the other way round, the impact of surface roughness on the road is investigated. In this paper, in order to confirm the theoretical analysis mentioned above, a high-end software is used for the simulation, design and analysis of the structure of the rubber-tracked chassis and the checking of intensity, and the results of the analysis is compared with the results of theoretical analysis of previous chapters.
