Wheel track switch mini excavator is a kind of earthwork machinery equipment,which can adapt to a variety of complex terrain conditions, with strong through capacity to ensure the working intensity and efficiency at the same time, with good maneuvering performance multifunctional. The advantage of the track walking is big tractive force,small specific pressure, good climbing and through performance; The advantage of the wheel walking is high speed, flexible and no damaging road surface,which can satisfy the need of transferring site quickly.Based on this topic with subject group has obtained research resul^ and patents, on the basis of Liugong CLG9045D of mini hydraulic excavator original track walking device, in order to satisfy the need of the mini excavator, with regard to medium and short distance transferring, emergency rescue, municipal Transportation, landscaping, irrigation and water conservancy and so on.In this paper,based on Liugong CLG9045D small hydraulic excavators track walking device and the revolving platform’s measuring, establish track walking mechanism and the upper part of the rotary platform combination 3D model in Pro/E accurately,and design a kind of walking frame structure of the walking device body,telescopic wheel walking mechanism, wheel tracked switching device,full hydraulic steering system and wheel driving device creative and innovative, which all are the constitute of a wheel track switch mini excavator walking device.The wheel track switch mini excavator walking device’s walking mechanism can telescopic flexibly,travel quickly, its structure is simple,don’t effect the efficiency of the track working,and it can swithed between wheel running mechanism and track walking mechanism easily.The telescopic wheel pedrail switchable walking device will be analysed for the whole structure ADAMS kinematics simulation,which validates the feasibility of the full hydraulic steering system and ride comfort evaluating; wheel running mechanism and track walking mechanism switching mechanism motion simulation will tell the structure design whether achieve expected.Then, structural statics analysis and dynamics analysis get the natural frequency and the total deformation nephogram, so as to guide the new row walking frame structure of appropriate design optimization in ANSYS. Finally, study the stress distribution of the structure deformation and equivalent stress of the new walking frame,which is obtained using ADAMS and ANSYS.Among them,ADAMS will get the vertical road acceleration response curve of the walking device,in the specific pavement conditions,which is the input of response spectrum analysis; ANSYS will analyse response spectrum of the new walking frame.
