In order to ensure the quality of these rural road construction,the whole country off the climax of rural road construction at present,so with the least money to build the best of rural roads are worthy of some research. In this case,summed up a set of better clay-bound gravel surface mask technology,to a certain extent,improve the traffic conditions in the rural areas has very important significance.In this paper,clay-bound gravel road for the actual situation and put forward several composite seal layer Overlay structure,its significant advantage is the economic cost,appearance effective,high-grade roads.Composite sealing layer is a combination of connected gravel layer,gravel layer sealing systems,and Micro-surfacing(Slurry seal)system. The use of finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0 composite seal the typical asphalt pavement structure analysis and calculation, clarify the structure layer and structural layer of the force distribution for the composite sealing layer of pavement material development, the road structure, mix and pavement structure layer provide the basis for the determination of a reasonable thickness.In this paper, examples of engineering applications, from sealing layer composite construction technology in the material selection, mixture specifications, mix design methods, technical requirements for construction machinery, construction technology, construction quality control and other aspects are analyzed and summarized as a composite seal layer construction provides technical guidance and reference.
