In recent years,the problems of Power quality have attached great attention by both Power system and their customers. one of reasons is that a large number of the control equipment and precision instruments are applied,which are sensitive to power quality.The other reason is that the wide application of various equipments of electronic converts and non_linear system make voltage and current waveform distort,further result in a serious deterioration of power quality.On the one hand the user demand to improve the quality of electricity,On the other hand the quality of elceticity increasingly declined,the controndations between them are becoming more and more acute.therefore ,To enhance the power quality,first of all,we must test and anlysis the parameters of power accurately and completely.through researching the technical indicators,measures and analysis methods of the power paramerers,combining with the tendecy of elcectrical detection equipments which is incline to install in the job site as the permanent equipments, considering the special demand of real-time and supporting complicated algorithm,the digital signal processing teachnology were adopted to develop the intelligent parameter detection equipment for smart low-votage distribution system, this equipment is used as the node of bottom layer of whole monitoring network of the power quality and provides data for the parent managing layer。This equipment has the characteristics of on-line and real-time detection,supporting complicated algorithm,long rang communication and low cost.In the section of system design,the paper presented a rea-time hardware system solutions based LF2407A DSP,and elaborate the design method of hardware system..A software modual design was introduced with the concern of the hardware system architecture.This paper firstly introduced the characteristic of the DSP 2407A processor,then,describe the framework of hardware system as well as the different functional module circuit.such as the power supply module,the minimum system module,A/D collect module,LCD module and so on. At the same time ,this paper alse gave the solutions of the EMC(elegmagnic capacity) design which describe from the hardware design and software design to prevent the EMI(elagmagnic ).In the section of software design,the software adopted the module design methods,used the assembler language and C language to realize mix programming,these methods improved the execution efficiency.In debug processing,the software demonstrated efficiency and robust.This paper also discussed the software modules,for example,the main procedure,data collect procedure,the computation procedure etc.In this section,the paper also three methods of testing the voltage.In the section of the experiment,some function experiment have been done.The experiment result proved that the design have a good performance and reaches the expecting design requirements successfully.In the error analysis,the sources of the errors are analyzed in details and some error compensation methods based on hardware or software are also introduced.
