The reinforced concrete arch bridge with box shape arch ring,is characterized by good integrity and better stability,and its stress distribute uniformly.So in the mountains, it still has competitive power which span length is about 100 meters to 150 meters. When there is short of prefabricated location ,the method of cast-in-place construction with arch centering is used . Traditional design methods genernal considers arch centering bears 70% of the weight of arch ring,leading to high construction cost,complicated arch centering,difficult structual and assemble. So the study of the construction process and the force analysis in a concrete box arch bridge can simplify difficulty of the construction, reduce project cost,and have great significance in its construction. The research contents in this article as follows:â‘ this article takes box-section arch bridge with a span of 150 meters,130 meters,120 meters,100 meters, and 90 meters as eample, and uses large-scale finite element software MSC.Marc 2005r3, simulated the actual construction order and the construction craft, obtained the regulation of the consociation function of arch ring and arch centering with various span length.â‘¡A linear formula for arch centering bearing arch ring concrete weight ratio in the sub-ring construction is determined in.â‘¢This article takes the Guandi yongjiu jiaotong bridge as the project back ground to verify the consociation functions of arch ring and arch centering. Through spatial simulation analysis, the writer discovery that, if adopting the suitable construction order and the craft, the arch ring may undertake about 45% of self-weight. We can reduce the steel centering with the steel quantity, and save the construction cost. By contrast of the finite element analysis data and the practice test data in bridge, it proves that the method, using the finite element spatial analysis method to simulate the reinforced concrete arch bridge with box shape arch ring cast-in-place construction in partition, is feasible. The analogue result is accurate and reliable, and can be used in instructing to design and to construct.A practical and effective scheme is provided for Guandi yongjiu jiaotong bridge construction in XiChang, giving credible data to the same type bridge construction.
