Steel Reinforced Concrete Arch Bridges is that firstly form concrete as concrete filled steel tube structure in tremie pipe by steel truss arch as support system and then plugin template points ring pouring outsourcing concrete gradually formed concrete arch box. The structure form and the load of the arch bridge have change continually in the process, which has time-vary structure.This article takes Mengdong Bridge in the Zhanghua High-speed as an example and makes the following researches:(1)Discusses the mechanical analysis of the bridge construction phase. Builds a Beam-shell space by ANSYS;Simulates construction stage by using birth-death element, analyzes the main arch ring construction process of Mengdong Bridge by adopting stress superposition method and considering geometrical non-linearity; assumes the concrete in the encased structure being in the one-way compression stage during the construction stage and then verify the assumption.(2) Researches the stability in the main arch ring construction stage. Builds a full bridge special infinite element model; studies tours of ultimate bearing capability, not considering primary stress role and considering the double nonlinear; studies the effects on the ultimate bearing capability by changing the steel ratio.(3) Studies the stress of the construction process under the action of the arch bridge without superpositioning the arch ring, chooses the stress exceeds the control interface to make this section of internal force influence lines and arranges fixing cables according to bending moment influence line. Arch rib points basically achieve concrete's continuous casting from arch springing to vault by setting five groups of batter buckle cables into adjustable load; both compressive stress and tensile stress of the internal concrete, outsourcing concrete and the pipe are controlled in a admitted range. Explains the effective tools that in the construction stage bending moment influence line stiff skeleton of outsourcing concrete .
