The mixed concrete transportation truck belonging to converted vehicle, consists of agitated tank and heavy-duty vehicle's chassis.therefore,it was characterized with the high the center of mass and the poor driving stability and so on.In comparison with other vehicles, the mixed concrete transportation truck's agitated tank has to be rotated with a concrete on the voyage during transportation in order to make the center of gravity toward the direction of shift rotation,so that the whole vehicle's center of mass can deviate from the vehicle longitudinal axis line.the mixer trunk is very likely to rollover accidents.As long as the running speed of the mixed concrete transportation truck is slightly higher, consequently, the rollover prevention and the early warning system can effectively reduce the concrete mixer truck,with a relatively large research value.On the basis of study on the heavy vehicles'mechanism of rollover stability, deduce the mixed concrete transportation truck's roll angle threshold and its anti-rollover and the early rwarning algorithms,establish its rollover dynamic model,and use MATLAB/simulink software simulation analysis of early warning algorithms. Simulation results show that the algorithm has advance warning vehicle rollover prediction function.In order to verify the effects of early-warning algorithms,make a model of the mixer concrete transportation truck instead of real vehicle testing. In this paper, the model truck's early warning system of hardware circuit is designed, adopte DSP core as the early warning device controller,make model car anti-rollover warning controller PCB board,then debug the warning controller board hardware and software. Hardware debugging results showed that the module's designation of the early warning controller board meets the requirements. Software debugging results showed that DC motor driver IC can control the DC motor rotation to achieve a model car of operation, the voice module can achieve early warning function,CC1110FX radio chip enables wireless communication.Finally,debugging can see the early warning function controller board can be achieved.
