With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, automobile as a means of transport are gradually entering a people home. According to incomplete statistics, the private car accounted for more than 50 percent of car sales. As the car becoming increasingly popular,_cars puncture accidents are also gradually increased. Therefore with the development of Chinese auto industry, increased number of family car, relevant officers pay more and more attention to cars puncture accidents. How can we effectively monitoring and prevention of the occurrence of a puncture, will become a very important topic at present.The automobile tire pressure monitoring and tire failure safety control system this topic designed is based on wireless transmission technology, field programmable gate arrays, tire pressure detection technology, program-controlled deflation technology. Lower computer detect the tire pressure and temperature according to the value of real-time detection of tire to control the program-controlled deflation devices to adjust tire pressure of automobile tires. If a tire puncture occurred, the value of the tire will quickly drop, this time, lower computer control the program-controlled deflation devices to deflate other three tires, in order to maintain four tires tire pressure balance and transmit the tire pressure and temperture information to host computer through the wireless transmission technology. Host computer display each tire pressure and temperature in real-time, and in accordance with tire pressure and temperature information to do the appropriate response such as locking out the steering wheel, brakes, alarm and so on.The hardware side, the lower computer using ultra-low power MSP430 microcontroller and tire pressure sensors to real-time detect tire pressure, and the micro-controller control RF transceiver chip CC1100 to transmit tire pressure information to the host computer. Host computer using field programmable gate array FPGA XC3S400 control the CC1100 RF transceiver chip to receive tire pressure information and accordingly respond to treatment. The software side, according to the system's hardware structure, software is divided into two blocks, the lower computer program, and the host computer program, lower computer program include tire pressure detect control program, wireless transceiver control program, program-controlled deflation control program, host computer include wireless transceiver control program and display control program, as well as alarm response program.
