The real-time tire pressure in automobile tire is very important for the driving safety and the performance of the car,and how to effectively monitor the real-time air pressure in the automobile tire is a very important research topic all the time.Tire pressure monitoring system(tire pressure monitoring system,TPMS)is a vehicle initiative safety system,which gives early warnings to the driver when the real-time tire temperature and tire pressure data is abnormal.With the continuous upgrade and development of tire pressure monitoring system,how to develop the code instrument to match it will become the focus of the present study.This thesis,which focuses on two different types of tire pressure monitoring systems used by automobile manufacturers,designs wireless hand-held code instrument respectively.On this basis,this paper also designs an integrated wireless hand-held match code instrument that can be simultaneously applicable to the two different types of tire pressure monitoring system.The wireless hand-held match code instrument can be used in automobile production line,automobile repair workshop and many other occasions,which has the advantages of small volume,light weight,simple operation and low energy consumption.At present,the product has been actually produced and used by automobile manufacturers,and it has a highly practical value.Firstly,this thesis introduces two different types of tire pressure monitoring systems used by automobile manufacturers,analyses the communication protocols of the two different types of tire pressure monitoring system,and,on this basis,expounds the overall design scheme of wireless hand-held code instrument.Secondly,this thesis introduces the hardware circuit design of three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument in detail,including the booster circuit,data write-in and program write-in part of circuit,button control and display part of the circuit,low-frequency signal transmission part of the circuit,data receiving part of the circuit,and write part of the circuit.This paper focuses on analyzing the connection mode between MCU and two different high-frequency signal analysis chips,and the similarities and differences of three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument in hardware circuit.Thirdly,on the basis of the hardware circuit,this thesis writes the driver program of three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument.This thesis mainly introduces the software flow of three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument.And it focuses on the initialization process of the MCU and two different high-frequency signal analysis chips,the driver process of MCU on two different high-frequency signal analysis chips and the data processing process of wireless hand-held code instrument.Finally,this thesis sets up the experimental environment and tests the designed three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument.Mainly including: wireless communication test,data write test,low frequency signal transmission test and energy consumption test.And on the basis of the test environment provided by the automobile manufacturers,a lot of practical tests have been done on the designed three kinds of wireless hand-held code instrument.The test results show that the designed wireless hand-held code instrument has a good practical application effect.
