As the development and maturity of modern logistics theory, logistics academia, industry and government departments have begun to pay high attention to the development of central cities' port logistics and the planning and construction of Port Logistics Park which have gotten rapid development. In China, due to a variety of soft and hard environmental constraints, the effect of port logistics to modern integrated logistics is much less than developed countries. The general layout planning of Port Logistics Park just stays in the concept and need taking to explore of reality even to plan, so theory research work has already been the task of top priority. The thesis, based on many literatures home and abroad, introduces theories and methods in relevant subjects and analyze the general layout planning of Port Logistics Park both theoretically and practically.This thesis analyses the basic connotations of Logistics Park and Port Logistics Park respectively, then points out the characteristics and function orientations they should have; secondly, study the design method of the planning scheme for Port Logistics Park general layout, point out the scheme's design ideas and principles, give specific instructions to its steps and propose the planning method based on fuzzy clustering analysis; besides, by combining with the optimization principles of the planning scheme for Port Logistics Park general layout and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the optimization methods for Port Logistics Park general layout planning, propose the simulation optimization method based on AutoMod, and construct the corresponding simulation model; Finally, planning and optimize the general layout of a Port Logistics Park successfully using the previously conclusions.Overall, the research has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance to the planning and construction for Port Logistics Park general layout, and also has certain reference value to the planning for the general layout of other Port Logistics Park.
