In recent years,the rapid increase in the demand for high time effective cargo transportation has driven the development of air cargo,and also tapped the potential space of air logistics services.As the operation platform of airport cargo handling and value-added services,air logistics park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the formation of airport cargo hub,the improvement of air cargo supply chain system,and the upgrading of air cargo business Important role.However,the planning and construction of China's aviation logistics park is still in its infancy.Due to the lack of theoretical support and practical guidance in the early stage,many problems arise in the later stage of operation,such as the fuzzy layout of functional areas,the disorder of land use boundaries,and the large scale.It takes Tianjin aviation logistics park as the research object,on the basis of reading relevant literature and field research,systematically combs the operation status of Tianjin aviation logistics park,and finds that Tianjin aviation logistics park has such problems as unreasonable division and setting of functional areas,unreasonable land area of functional areas,and unreasonable layout of functional areas.Take the problem as the guide,clarify the optimization idea of Tianjin aviation logistics park functional area layout.The improved SLP method is used to establish the grid model of Tianjin aviation logistics park functional area layout optimization.The parameters of the grid model are determined by grey prediction model,functional area calculation method and correlation analysis method.On this basis,the genetic algorithm is selected reasonably to design and solve the mathematical model,and three initial optimization schemes of Tianjin aviation logistics park functional area layout are obtained.Furthermore,the Flexsim software is used to model,run and analyze the simulation data of three initial optimal layout schemes.Finally,the weighted gray correlation method is used to evaluate and analyze the simulation results,and the final optimization scheme of Tianjin aviation logistics park functional area layout is selected.
