With the development of global integration of the world economy,logistics cooperation and exchanges between international ports are increasing day by day.While the functions of ports continue to expand and the level of development continues to increase,the status of ports as nodes in the global logistics integrated transportation system and their functions and the role has changed,and the scope and content of port development are constantly changing.In this context,in order to improve the strength of port economic development in a timely manner and win the port as the dominant position in the world economy,the development of port logistics parks becomes particularly important.As an important part of port logistics,the development level of port logistics parks not only helps to improve the operational efficiency of port logistics,but also develops port logistics parks to increase the strength of port logistics parks,but also help's to promote the economic growth of port cities and enhance port development strength,and finally realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.However,looking at the current development status of China's port logistics parks,it can be clearly found that the construction of China's port logistics parks is still at a basic initial stage,and there are still significant differences from the development of port logistics parks in many large ports in the world.Among them,it is mainly manifested in China's lack of scientific planning and long-term development strategies,lack of systematic theoretical guidance,and lack of effective methods in the development of port logistics parks.In this case,to fully play the important role of port logistics parks,it is necessary to combine reality.Formulate appropriate development strategies to enhance the development level of the port logistics park.Based on the problems and characteristics of China's port parks,this article focuses on the evaluation and analysis of the development level of the port logistics park,through a comprehensive evaluation of the relevant indicators to create a set of scientific and reasonable port logistics park development evaluation model;Analyze the influencing factors of the development of the port logistics park,build a port logistics park development evaluation system on this basis,use economic conditions,policy conditions,cultural conditions,infrastructure and other evaluation indicators to build a Dalian port logistics park development that includes 12 sub-indicators The level evaluation index system,and try to use this evaluation model to analyze the logistics park of Dalian Port reasonably,and give guidance and suggestions for long-term development First of all,based on the comprehensive port logistics park evaluation method,this paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of port logistics in Dalian Port.Then,the index system for the evaluation of the level of port logistics development is established,including economic conditions,The four major systems of policy conditions,human conditions,and infrastructure are analyzed;secondly,the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method are used to determine the weight of each index,and the main component analysis method is used to determine the main development level of Dalian Port Logistics Park.Index factors;Finally,based on the evaluation and analysis results of the Dalian Port Logistics Park,it provides a constructive decision-making reference for the development and construction of the Dalian Port Logistics Park.Based on the deficiencies of the development of the Dalian Port Logistics Park,scientific and reasonable improvement measures are formulated.
