In recent years, along with micro vehicle technology rapid development and living quality of people improving, requirements of customers on mini-car ride comfortable are getting higher and higher. The vibration of micro vehicle rear axle main producer is one of main affecting comfortable factors. The hyperboloid gear is important part of main reducer, which has merits of drive smooth, shock and noise is relatively small, bearing capacity to be strong and long life etc.,so the application on micro vehicle rear axle is more widely. The vibration of Hypoid gear is main reason of rear axle vibration, the key of reduce rear axle vibration lie in improving gear's processing, assembly quality. If the treatment of the gears is not fully in place which in materials processing, parts manufacturing, assembly and running-in period and so on, the gear pair will generate vibration and noise in the meshing work process, which affect the smooth running of mini-vehicle and riding comfort of people. This article embarks from the reality, analysis dynamics features of hypoid gear, studies assembly error of hypoid gears, which has very vital significance for reduce the vibration and noise of micro vehicle rear axle vibration.This paper, which is based on fully studying status of home and abroad, analysis and studying hyperboloid gear from modal analysis and contact analysis of two aspects, and throPro/Eh experiment verification analysis conclusion. This article introduced hardware system and the software system of the WLT system, and according to the system, we test natural frequency and modal of the hypoid gear, and calculate vibration characteristic frequency of the rear axle gears under various fault. But natural frequency of the gear is far away from the normal work scope, proving the rear axle of car won't resonate. Then, According to the cutting tooth processing principle, establish hypoid gear model, and conduct virtual assembly, interference checking, provides the precise model for the following analysis. Then, carries on the modal analysis to the entire gear, obtains natural frequency and six step modes of Hyperboloid Gear vibration, Provides the reliable basis for the structural design, carries on the optimization design, and tests natural frequency of gears throPro/Eh the experiment, which confirmed the theoretical analysis conclusion. Next, in accordance with normal center distance assembly location, and err center distance assembly position, carrying on the contact analysis to a pair of gears separately, analyzes gear's contact stress as well as areas of contact shape, and observes internal stress of the gear. At the same time, throPro/Eh the contact area test, analysis the influence of center distance error and axial deflection to contact area, verify the analytical conclusions.
