As an important components ofmini-car chassis, steering system performance directly affects the stability of mini-car handling and stability, portability. Currently, many cars are fitted above are EPS, but with ADAMS/Car module and MATLAB/ simulink car's handling and stability of mini-simulation study of joint is not much in this article summarizing the work done on the basis of previous using ADAMS/Car software to establish the vehicle model and vehicle model with the help of test data to determine the characteristic curve in the MATLAB/Simulink to create electric power steering system model, using the ADAMS/Control of electric power steering system model and vehicle model joint, for mechanical and electrical integration simulation to study the electric power steering system and itspart of the parameters on the driving stability.Full total of six chapters:The first chapter describes the power steering system development, research the different types of power steering system, the structural characteristics of the electric power steering system, the composition, working principle, classification and sorting criteria, electric power steering system at home and abroad, present and explained This paper studies the content, significance.The second chapter describes the research methods used in this paper a multi-body system dynamics theory, describes the basic modules ADAMS, theory and modeling skills. And control analysis software MATLAB to do the detail.The third chapter introduces the ADAMS/Car, and introduced in ADAMS/ CAR inside the modeling process, using ADAMS/Car model used to establish this subsystem, detailed description of the simplification and assumptions, and finally to the standard mode the establishment of the various subsystems assembled into a vehicle modelChapterâ…£introduces the concept of characteristic curves assistance, classification, design criteria, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each type of assistance characteristic curves.
