| Vehicle handing stability not only affects the control convenience of vehicles, but also is a key capacity which determines the high-speed vehicle safety. Based on the experiment technology of vehicle handing stability,this paper do some research about the vehicle handing stability experiment standard, experiment data processing, analyses methods and evaluation guidelines.The development of the computer performance and virtual prototype simulation technology has already provided basic conditions for the further research of the vehicle performance. So this paper creates a whole-vehicle virtual prototype model with 88 degrees of freedom in the advanced mechanical simulation software ADAMS, and performs a whole-vehicle dynamic simulation of vehicle handing stability. Through comparing the experiment results, the rationality and accuracy of the virtual prototype can be proved.All research work center on the virtual design and virtual analyses of vehicle products, basically realizes the simulation analyses of the four experiments about vehicle handling stability. By doing some primitive research about the complete experiment standards and evaluation methods of the whole-vehicle handling stability in the virtual environment experiment platform, they all have practical value for accumulating some data and experiments for the further research on this theme and decreasing the work on the physics prototype manufacture and experiments in development. |
