Nowadays,society develops rapidly,people's living standards improve,the automobile industry develops unceasingly,and urban transportation is becoming more and more well-developed.Traffic noise is becoming an increasingly serious problem along with these things.People set a higher request to automobile noise because of the more and more strict requirements to life quality. As one of the main factors of automobile noise,the tire noise attracts special attention.Therefore, domestic and foreign have begun research on the tire noise,carries on the experimental test to the tire through different methods, finding the causes and the influencing factor of tire noise, and taking the corresponding measures to reduce the tire noise.This paper designs a rotor drum test bed for the indoor tire tread noise test system,on the base of the mechanism of tire noise. We can conveniently carry on the experiments indoor, It also provides a good test platform for the study of tire noises of different patterns. In this test bed, tires of different tread can be run on the same conditions and conduct noise tests to identify low-noise tire under the operating conditions,that can provide true and accurate references for the tire manufacturer when producing low-noise tire.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the tire noise's origin and the influencing factors,and compares the commonly used methods of tire noise test:the coasting method, the trailer method and laboratory drum method. According to the requirements and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods, this design chooses indoor drum system..Secondly, the design of the indoor drum test bed is completed, including overall program and each component of the structure, composition of hardware and software of control system,and selection of PLC.And the implementing process of control program in PLC is also designed. This thesis also Introduces the structure and function principle of Siemens 6RA70 which is the main components of DC speed control system.Finally, the hydraulic loading system of fuzzy PID control are studied in detail. Hydraulic loading system is nonlinear, can not establish a precise mathematical model.This thesis combines fuzzy control and conventional PID control theory, designs a fuzzy PID controller, and completes simulation and debugging.This design provides a good experimental platform for the tire tread noise research, which has a feature of control of high precision, accurate data collection, safe and convenient operation, stable performance and so on.
