Research CFB Boiler Water Temperature Control System Base On Fuzzy Control

Circulating fluidized bed boiler water temperature control system is a multivariate, large time delay and strong coupling, nonlinear slowly-varying, complex object, the object to establish the mathematical model and using traditional control method to control the objects are very difficult. Based on site investigation, and on the basis of related references, large in hot water circulating fluidized bed boiler is proposed based on fuzzy control of water boiler intelligent control system, no precise mathematic model, and can achieve good control effect.This control system by temperature detection amplifier circuit, the boiler water outlet collected by A/D conversion chip microcontroller after treatment, according to the fuzzy control algorithm output control signal regulating boiler wind motor and feeding, once the motor inverter control motor speed, thus to realize the control of water boiler.This paper designs the intelligent temperature control system software and hardware boiler. The hardware design to meet the functional requirements and performance of the site for the principle, modular design, including the control device module, temperature detection module, A/D conversion module and frequency conversion module. The software design of the system, the main consideration algorithm adopted thermocouple linearity and fuzzy control algorithm, this two kinds according to temperature of the motor speed data real-time accurate control.For improving the reliability of the system, the system hardware and software anti-interference measures taken, including hardware, software watchdog technology and software filter traps.
