Cause Analysis And Solutions Of Slagging On Swirl Burner And Bellows Burned Off

In this paper, according to furnace slagging in zuozi power generation limited company #1 boiler , in particular burner zone, OFA vents (at the top of the wind) and looking fire-hole.experimental study of IHI-DF (double cyclone) burner and center–feeding cyclone burner. Test data show that: experiments of IHI-DF (double cyclone) burner, adjusting opening blade of the inner or outer secondary air, primary air flow and opening blade of top air ,it have little effect on firing location and recirculation zone, and primary air caught fire late and the location of secondary air firing close to the burner, resulting of burner burn-off and slagging. It provides a basis for insteading of IHI-DF (double cyclone) burner with Center–feeding cyclone burner;Center–feeding cyclone burners are used not only increase the boiler efficiency, also has a good stable combustion at low load capacity and low NOX emissions.
