With the increasingly serious energy issues, building energy efficiency will be a general trend to achieve the sustainable development of the international construction industry, it is also an important task for China's economy. Three air-conditioning systems are proposed for an established medium and small hotel building in this paper, the load of the building is simulated and the energy consumption of air-conditioning system is calculated by using energy analysis software DeST-c and full load equivalent method. According to the current energy price system in Shijiazhuang, by the use of the annual value of cost method, the initial investment, running costs of each air-conditioning system are obtained, and comparing the constitution of each program. The impact on the atmosphere of the air-conditioning system during operation is analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation of each program is made to compare features of programs by the use of PROMETHEEâ…¡finally, providing the reference for the air conditioning system design and operation of the hotel building.
