Engineering Practice Of Digital Substation Based On IEC61850

The paper has analyzed the standard structure of IEC61850.On this basis,the paper has deeply studied in data model,communication services and project configuration of IEC61850,and been compare with the traditional techniques roundly.It has researched the mainly network composition scheme of digital substationone by one at home and abroad, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages and scopes of application, and has presented constitutive principles of digital substation communication network. It has studied main strategy to accomplish of digital devices, not only analyzed constitutive principles and caution in service but presented realization principles of digital devices.At the end of this paper, take 220kV digital substation of Guojiatun for example,the respects application results above mentioned of this project have been actually applied.Through the actual engineering application, it has made inspection to research conclusions.
