| This paper makes out numerical simulation research and analysis on the impact of heat transfer of air-cooled island, with spray cooling system of direct air-cooling unit as the research object. The main contents include: to numerical simulate for air-cooled radiator using porous media model, and for spray system using the discrete phase model; to analyze the impact of the heat transfer performance before and after spray. As well as through arrangement of the spray system, nozzle type, pressure, flow, nozzle diameter and spray angle and other factors synthetically considered which carries out optimization for spray system in the direct air-cooling. Combining with actual system, further analysis was thus been developed, and acquired the effect contrast trend figures before and after optimization which provides a sound effective measure for direct air-cooled unit's safety and economic function.
