The Research Of Medium Voltage Distribution Network Substation Locating And Sizing Method

Mid-voltage network is an important part of the overall power system. Therefore, it have very important significance to research the mid-voltage network planning deeply. Substation location planning plays important role in the power system plan. The paper proposes a new substation location model by using the multi-particle optimization algorithm based on particle evolution. We consider the investment and operation of substation costs, and geographic information to establish a unified mathematical model of the site. And particle swarm optimization to solving the mathematical model of substation planning, find the best option. A particle swarm algorithm based on Delphi was proposed to solve the selected location problem of distribution network transformer substation. The accuracy and validity of the methods and model proposed in the paper was confirmed through some examples.
