Electric Power Cable Fault Location Technology Analysis And System Design

With the power cable of a large number of applications, cable fault increase, and cable fault location equipment greatly reduces the search time for cable fault. In this paper, the actual site, the first of a cable fault location technology theory and practical test waveform characteristics, and cable fault detection using wavelet analysis of the principles of cable fault location system designed to achieve a variety of wavelet detection method of the fault distance. Finally, a cable fault analysis of real data experimental results show that the design of the system can quickly identify the fault location, and it can improve the fault location accuracy.
