Development And Application Of Energy Efficiency Diagnosis System For Shizuishan 330MW Power Unit

It is one of the most effective methods to fulfill energy saving aim by the way of research on fossil unit energy saving evaluation and diagnosis technology and application, thus leads to coal consumption rate reduction, enterprise economy roast, and energy efficiency promotion by using and managing generating equipments properly.The operation analysis system for coal-fired generating units with state analysis method can calculate the economical indicator accurately and analyze the coal consumption deviation to enable the multiple levels failure diagnosis. The projects experiments applied on 330MW units of Shi-ZuiShan power plant show that the whole year coal consumption can be reduced by 1.3~2.5gce standard coal with guidance of that system. If the whole year generating capacity is 500 million, about 6000ton standard coal can be saved by adapting this system.
