| This paper has described the pressure characteristics of the high-flux gas-solid riser when G_s≥50kg/(m~2﹒s) on the basis of reading some relevant papers. In order to analyze the characteristics and distributing rule of differential pressure in the low-flux riser when G_s<50kg/(m~2﹒s), a circulating fluidized bed experimental system with a 6m-high riser was designed and built. Studies have shown that: differential pressureΔP tends to increase linearly with the increasing of G_s, but decrease with the increasing of U0. When G_s is small, the differential pressure is unstable. With the increasing of G_s, the differential pressure generated by the smaller particles tends to decrease along the height of the riser. For the bigger particles, the trend of the differential pressure along the height of the riser is increasing first and then decreasing. Under the same operating conditions, differential pressure generated by smaller particles is smaller than that generated by bigger particles, but in the bottom of the riser, differential pressure generated by smaller particles is bigger than that generated by bigger particles. |
