Research On Adaptive Control Algorithm Of Once-Though Boiler Generator Unit Coordinated Control System

Once-through boiler generating unit is the main unit of our electrical utility's development, coordinated control system is the main control system of the once-through boiler generating unit, whose control technology is very important in the once-through boiler unit's generation technology, and it is associated with the unit's safety, steady and economy. Based on a 765 MW combinational turbogenerator unit's once-though boiler turbogenerator unit part, this paper presented a pole-zero placement adaptive PID control and parameter adaptive tuning fuzzy PID control scheme to the output electric power and enthalpy of the once-though boiler unit, and carried on simulation verifications by Matlab/Simulink and ConMaker software seperately. The simulation results showed that this control system had good control characteristics, good stability and can improve dynamic characteristics of the system.
