At present, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in many fields such as vehicles, air conditioners, refrigerators, fans, etc.due to its high power density, high torque inertia ratio, simple structure and fast dynamic response. With the continuous expansion of the application field, the high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy has become the focus of attention. As the current mainstream control strategy, the key to the field-oriented control(FOC)method is the acquisition of motor speed and rotor position, but the traditional mechanical sensor is difficult to install and maintain, and increases the system cost and mechanical structure complexity, and reduce system reliability. Therefore, the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor has become an important development trend in the future.Firstly, based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in two-phase stationary reference frame, the general Luenberger observer for vector control is constructed, then the stability analysis of Luenberger observer is carried out and the stability conditions of Luenberger observer is derived. After that, the simulation model is built and the performance of the sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is simulated.Secondly, according to the possible problems of the Luenberger observer with constant feedback gain, according to the complete fourth-order model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in two-phase stationary reference frame, using the pole placement idea,an adaptive Luenberger observer whose feedback gain is changed based on the motor speed is proposed. The simulation model of two permanent magnet synchronous motors with different parameters are built. The simulation results show that the adaptive Luenberger observer can effectively observe the states of motors with different parameters at different speeds, which has strong versatility and simplifies the process of parameter tuning. Finally,ST company's STM32F030C6T6 chip is used as the main control chip to build an experimental platform.A 220V/40W surface-mount permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to verify the performance of the proposed adaptive Luenberger observer. The experimental results show that the proposed adaptive Luenberger observer can effectively estimate the motor speed and rotor position in different speed segments, ensuring the control performance of the actual system.
