Pre-stressed composite space truss is a new type of steel-concrete composite space structure which arranges the pre-stressed cables in one way or two ways within the bottom chords plane on the basis of composite space truss. It makes full use of the different strength advantages of steel and concrete. Through apply pre-stress, structural stiffness is improved and steel consumption is reduced. This system solves many technique conflicts among large span, low storey height and complex pipeline system, and can be widely used in floor and roof projects with large column network or large space.First, the construction process simulation methods of pre-stressed composite space truss structure are systematically summarized and discussed in this article. The calculation method of pre-stressed cable and realization way in ANSYS are elaborated. Improved tensile force compensation analysis method is put forward to determine construction tension control value. Element birth and death and multi-time step continual analysis technology in ANSYS are applied to improve the traditional stepped entirely loading method. This article provides construction simulation analysis theory for pre-stressed composite space truss.Second, the model of pre-stressed composite space truss in Jinan sports school is built based on the principle of element birth and death to simulate tension cable. The analysis content include:determine construction tension control force, dynamic change of member force when tension cables, loss of pre-stress due to tension cables in turn, structural deformation, natural frequency and mode shape.Finally, Monitoring methods of stress, cable tension, deformation and vibration characteristic in large-span spatial structures are generalized and compared in this article. The monitoring scheme is established to monitor the pilot project. The monitoring results verify the feasibility of construction process simulation method, improved tensile force compensation analysis method and absolute cast-in-place floor.The construction process simulation methods and monitoring results have important theoretical and practical significance to design and construction, the research results are hoped to promote this structure in application.
