At present,China's railway construction is in the stage of rapid development.With the continuous improvement of engineering technology,various new materials,new technology and new structure forms have appeared.The steel-concrete composite truss girder bridge is a new structure Came into being.It has the advantages of large span,strong carrying capacity,high rigidity,low maintenance cost and low construction height.At present,the application of engineering in foreign countries is not much,there is no relevant norms and standards can be used for reference,China is in the initial stage,on the long-span steel-concrete composite truss girder bridge key construction technology research is still in the exploratory stage.This paper relies on the construction of the 1-88 m steel-concrete composite truss girder of Zhenjiang Bridge in Shaoguan Line of Gan Shao Railway to carry out the following research work:(1)Firstly,the research background and practical significance of steel-concrete composite truss bridge are introduced.Then,the development status of steel-concrete composite truss girder bridge and the research status of key construction technology are introduced.The research status of design and construction is expounded.The contents of this paper are described.(2)A full-scale model test is carried out on the key force parts of the steel-concrete composite truss bridge.The finite element analysis model is established by ANSYS software.Through the analysis of the measured data and the comparison with the theoretical data,the paper discusses the long-Mechanical Characteristics of Beam Joints.(3)The key construction process of the steel-concrete composite truss bridge is monitored,and the force analysis of the composite truss beam is carried out by the bridge calculation software MIDAS / Civil to provide technical support for analyzing the possible problems in the construction process.Ensure that the structure is always in a safe and controllable state.(4)Evaluating the structural performance of the steel-concrete composite truss girder with bridge state,and verifying whether the static and dynamic performance of the structure meet the existing requirements.Through the steel-concrete composite truss girder bridge construction key technology research,for the promotion and application of the structure provides a useful reference and reference.
