This thesis makes a research for automatic packaging line of copper plates, takes the synchronous hydraulic control system of the tidy machine as the object to research. To focus on the research objectives, which the alignment accuracy is low, at the basis of valve technology, advanced a new way of combining the synchronous circuit and the coupling differential circuit, which can ensure the alignment deviation at a reasonable range, at the same time, the system stability is enhanced so that to achieve the desired control effect. The tidy machine based on the aim, which to meet the requirements of synchronous movement, to achieve energy saving and improve efficiency of hydraulic system requirements for the shaping machine, to find a new low-cost way of hydraulic control to fulfill the aim of high alignment precision.This paper outlines the role of each station of the copper automatic packaging line, introduces synchronous hydraulic control system of tidy machine. According to the alignment requirements of the tidy machine, to improve the synchronous control system, combined with the characteristics of typical differential circuit, put forward a new method which can be named coupling differential circuit, this circuit not only solved the problem of low precision, but also meet the requirements of low-cost transformation. With the coupling between the synchronous circuit, coupling differential circuit is superior to typical differential circuit for compensation through the return oil to the two-cylinder piston to maintain homeostasis. This new program show the superiority of coupling differential circuit from the theoretical analysis.The thesis to do an exhaustive analysis and detailed calculation to the tidy machine subsystems and load conditions. Developed hydraulic system diagram of the tidy machine, fixed the main parameters of the main actuator and controllers, and selection was carried out. To the synchronization subsystem, four options was advanced, through mathematical modeling of hydraulic systems, to analyse and to simulate the dynamic properties of the typical differential circuit and coupling differential circuit on the basis of the dynamic simulation tool-Simulink, on the other hand, the closed-loop control and the open-loop control was compared, according to the results of simulation to determine the optical program. In the course of the simulation, fully taking into account a variety of circumstances in the engineering of the system, set reasonable parameters for the simulation.The coupling differential circuit program and a number of different research methods mentioned in this article, provided a theoretical reference for the future research and development of the hydraulic system of opposite synchronization.
